Sonography Services

Sonography services :- Sonography services, also known as ultrasound or ultrasonography, are noninvasive imaging tests that use sound waves to create pictures of the inside of the body. The images, called sonograms, are created by high-frequency sound waves that bounce off internal organs and tissues, creating echoes that form a picture on a computer screen.
Sonography services can be used for a variety of purposes, including: Diagnosing disease: Sonography can help diagnose diseases such as cancer.
Checking a fetus: During pregnancy, sonography can be used to check the fetus. Medical procedures: Sonography can be used during medical procedures such as biopsies.
Checking for an abdominal aortic aneurysm: In men over 65 who have or have had a history of smoking, sonography can help check for an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
Sonography is generally considered safe for both the mother and the fetus when performed by a trained professional. During the procedure, a sonographer places a transducer on the body and moves it back and forth over the area of interest. There is usually no discomfort, but if the area is tender, you may feel pressure or minor pain.
